Normally, WindowsXP will prompt you 10 times that You Need a Passport to use WindowsXP Internet communication features...
To disable this
1.Start Regedit
2.Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ MessengerService
3.Edit the binary key PassportBalloon
4.Give it a value of 0A (0A 00 00 00)
